Our team was in Las Vegas for re:Invent this week to show off all the hard work the whole emite team put into CX Intelligence for Amazon Connect. If you were there you may have seen our very own Tyrel Jensen giving demos. It was also great seeing Amazon Connect’s Global Partner Lead, Joe Eisner, but not just because his jacket was outstanding!

We’ve had an exciting 2019 here at emite, but with even more coming up in 2020 this is just the beginning and we can’t wait!
