emite Announces Worldwide Licensing Deal with Telstra

Sydney, Australia – Prophecy is pleased to announce that its subsidiary emite has signed a worldwide licensing deal with Telstra to enable its cloud based, advanced analytics and dashboard solution for contact centres to be delivered to Telstra Customers.

On May 15, 2017, emite, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Prophecy International Holdings Limited (ASX:PRO), announced an integration with PureCloud by Genesys™. Following on from that agreement, emite will also now partner directly with Telstra to provide their innovative Australian business solution to Telstra’s customers as an add-on to Genesys™ contact centre software sold through Telstra.
