• Each customer is provided with an eMite service desk user account
• The initial method of issue communication is for customers to raise a service ticket via the eMite support desk
• If customers do not have a service desk user account they can raise tickets via support@emite.com
• Customers can track the resolution progress of their issue via logging into the support desk portal
• Once a support case has been logged via the service desk the customer can email the support desk for further escalation on the ticket
• Support ticket priority is determined by the impact and urgency to the customer.  Impact can result in actual or potential financial loss and/or reputational risk. Urgency is a measure of how quickly a resolution is required. There are additional elements including size, scope, complexity and resources required for the resolution to be carried out.
